What to do with white eyeliner?
White eyeliner isn't the most usual of colors, and definatly not the first color you would think of. Despite that, white eyeliner is something I think every girl should have for summer. Used correctly it can brighten your face and make you look more awake and alert. If you put white eyeliner on your water line, it will accentuate the whites of your eyes and make them look larger and brighter. If you put it on your inner corner it will work as a highlight color and brighten your eyes and any makeup you're wearing. The main thing I would say to stay away from with white eyeliner is using it on your upper lash line. It can make your eyes look uneven and distorted. Cheers til next time.
